Who we are
Serbian Days in Winnipeg is a family-friendly cultural festival celebrating Serbian heritage through food, music, dance, and community. Held on 6–7 June 2026 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, the festival brings together Winnipeggers from all backgrounds to experience the warmth, hospitality, and traditions of the Serbian community.
Our goal is simple: celebrate culture, build bridges, and give back. Proceeds from Serbian Days in Winnipeg support the community work of St. Sava Church, helping sustain a place that serves families across generations—through faith life, cultural programming, youth activities, and community support.
Serbian Days is powered by volunteers and local partners. Alongside performances by Winnipeg’s Serbian folklore group and invited guest groups from other communities, the festival will feature Serbian food and drinks for purchase, cultural displays, vendors, and a raffle. We also aim to strengthen positive relationships with community leaders and elected representatives by creating a welcoming public event that reflects the best of our community: hard work, family values, generosity, and pride in our Canadian home.
Whether you’re Serbian, have Serbian roots, or are simply curious, you’re invited. Come enjoy the celebration—and help us make it a weekend that Winnipeg looks forward to every year.
